Bathurst 1000 - 3 Laps from the finish of Sundays dramatic Bathurst 1000, the No 3 Sprint Gas Racing VE Commodore driven by Noske Oversize Manager Mark Noske & Jason Bargwanna was running in 3rd place, challenging for 2nd and looking good for a fantastic podium result.

Unfortunately, it did not happen - an out of control Team Vodafone Ford driven by current V8 Supercar Champion and 3 time Bathurst winner Jamie Wincup hit them in the rear under brakes entering the last corner and all of a sudden a certain 2nd place turned into frustrating 6th place finish.
